We are looking for a motivated Telesales professional who is enthusiastic and energised. Making calls to potential leads created through online and offline marketing activity is one of the core work duties. Additionally, we are open to hiring individuals who will be eager and innovative in producing leads using their own ideas and innovations.
- Calling current and prospective clients to induce them to buy the goods and services offered by the business.
- Keeping accurate records of consumer purchase requests generated over phone.
- Processing each customer order appropriately.
- Providing the outside sales team with excellent leads to explore.
- Managing client accounts by ensuring that current customers are happy with the products and services provided by the business.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting connections with clients to promote recurring business.
- Using the company's provided sales scripts to increase sales and handle customer rejection.
- Gaining in-depth understanding of client products and services to provide appropriate recommendations based on needs and preferences.
- Consistently achieving or going above daily and monthly sales and call volume goals.

Multiple Languages Proficiency - Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, English along with Malayalam is highly preferable.

Basic Computer Knowledge

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
