**Visual Concept Development**: Create and develop innovative and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
- **Design Execution**: Produce a wide range of visual assets, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, websites, product packaging, and advertisements.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs maintain consistency with the company's branding, including typography, color schemes, and imagery.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging.
- **Software Proficiency**: Use industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar programs for design creation.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Revise designs based on constructive feedback from clients, colleagues, or management to meet project expectations.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to produce contemporary and relevant designs.
- **File Preparation**: Prepare final design files for printing, digital publication, or other required formats, ensuring technical accuracy.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve design-related challenges, adapting to changes and finding creative solutions to visual communication needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,887.22 - ₹25,807.78 per month
