Job Description: Digital Marketing cum Graphic Designer Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Digital Marketing:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services across various digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and content creators, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Graphic Design:

- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Create engaging and compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
- Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that meet deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when additional design support is required.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in managing a team of graphic designers or digital marketers is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
