IT Executive

Responsible for maintaining the companys IT network, servers and security systems.
- Hands-on Experience to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users, analyse and resolution of issues.
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
- Setting up new users and management of security, passwords and backup.
- Install and test computer-related equipment.
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers
- Setup network if required.
- Configure the mail server in all systems as needed.
- Administer servers, laptop and desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches
- Monitor the IT systems and provide recommendations for improvement of organisation s IT systems.
- Bachelor degree in computer, Min 2-3 years of experience in similar role

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
