- Full Time (Work from Office regularly).

**Educational Qualification** - Minimum Graduate **(Non
- IT)**.

**Experience Required** - 0 to 6months (Female Freshers are welcome)

**Salary** - 18,000/- stipend for first six months then Rs. 4.00 Lacs CTC P.A

**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- This role focuses on **PRIMARY RESEARCH & Data Collection**:

- Perform secondary research and generate leads using various tools, directories, and websites.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently with attention to details.

**Shift Timings**: Rotational Shifts (Including Night) [Both side Cabs will be provided].

**Working days**: 5 days working (Sat, Sun off)

**Competencies Required**:
**1. **Must have excellent oral communication skills.**

**2. **Creative Thinking is an essential success skill for primary research roles.**

**3. **Must be open for calling to conduct interviews.**

4. A positive and high patience level.

5. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.

6. Must open for rotational shifts.
