**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data analysis on large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and business growth.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant data visualization tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across different data sources.
- Provide insights and analytical support for strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and create data-driven presentations for various business functions and executive leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts in best practices for data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role, preferably in a data-intensive industry or technology-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in data manipulation and querying using SQL, along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex and unstructured datasets.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, hypothesis testing) is highly desirable.
- Experience in working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and programming languages (Python, R) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link data analysis to real-world business implications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per day
