Position: Data Science Trainer

Location: F-TEC Skill Development, Kamla Nagar, Delhi

Employment Type: Full time/Part time

Experience Required: 2+ years in Data Science and related fields

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Training Sessions:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Data Science concepts, Python programming, Power BI, Tableau, and Machine Learning techniques.
- Design and deliver practical, hands-on projects and assignments to reinforce learning.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Develop, update, and enhance training materials, course content, and learning resources to keep up with industry trends.

3. Mentorship:

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students to help them build strong technical skills and confidence.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their performance.

4. Industry Knowledge Sharing:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Data Science, Machine Learning, and visualization tools to incorporate cutting-edge practices into the training.

5. Assessment & Evaluation:

- Develop and conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and student understanding.
- Prepare and review quizzes, coding challenges, and final project evaluations.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to maintain consistency in training delivery.
- Assist in creating webinars, workshops, and hackathons to engage students and improve the learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Expertise:

- Strong knowledge of Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
- Teaching and Communication Skills:

- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields.
- Previous teaching/training experience is highly preferred.
- Tools and Technologies:

- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook, SQL, and version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Data Science, Machine Learning, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience working in industry-related data projects.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
