**Position**:Field / Desk Expeditor

**Location**:Ghansoli

**Contract**: 1-year extendable contract on Bonace payroll

**Working Days**: 6 days

**Working Hours**: 9 hours

**Experience: 2 + Years**

**Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Graduate in Engineering**

**Job Accountabilities**

1. To ensure timely deliveries of items & equipment from Vendors to Project Sites through regular follow up including inspection activities, identification of any bottlenecks and provide a status report to Expediting Lead and Expediting Manager.

2. To obtain and track status of sub-orders for main equipment/materials.

3. To track deliveries of ordered items including raw material availability, fabrication/machining status and inspection status including status review of statutory inspections e.g. IBR etc, where applicable.

4. To coordinate with the TPI agency /RIL Inspection team for inspections

5. To Collect and collate weekly / monthly progress reports of Supplier / Sub vendor and to follow up for timely completion as per the milestones.

6. To undertake regular field, visit to the supplier / sub vendor premises to ascertain the progress and flag any issues.

8. equipment and escalate areas of concern.

9. To prepare and issue MoM and MIS based on the desired schedule / frequency.

10. To undertake learning intervention for self-development.

**Experience Required**

**Necessary**

More than 2 years’ experience for Graduate Engineer and more than 4 years’ experience for Diploma holders in similar work environment either within or outside large Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical plants

1-Working knowledge of MS Excel/Word / PowerPoint

2-Coordination and/or Delivery Management for equipment like reactors, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps and Bulks (pipes, fittings, Flanges, Valves, fasteners, gaskets ) etc.

3- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Word

**Desirable**

1-Experience in Inspection / Fabrication / manufacture of refinery / petrochemical items and equipment

2- Project Management

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
