- **Lead Generation**: Identifying and qualifying potential customers who may be interested in the company's offerings.
- **Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team by providing pre-sales support and scheduling appointments.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Information Provision**: Providing detailed information about products or services and answering customer questions.
- **Follow-up**: Contacting leads to generate interest or schedule appointments.
- **Documentation**: Creating and maintaining documentation of customer interactions.
- **Compliance**: Adhering to all regulatory and legal guidelines for telecalling.
