**About the Role**:
We see your role as one of the most critical roles for our business. This role will be responsible for accurately scheduling the reinforcing materials required for projects, as well as creating and detailed schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

**Position Summary / Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Shop detailed drawings of reinforced concrete elements like foundations, columns, beams, walls/core wall/shear walls, slab, Elevator structure, stairs, etc.
- To generate Bar Bending Schedule manually as well as with industrial software.
- Ability to manage Structural steel will be an added advantage.
- Review and analyse the project documents, identifying the drawing and specification conflicts, insufficient information, and missing dimensions.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients & team members.
- Working as part of a project team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines while providing quality control and quality assurance to ensure these deliverables are on - time and of high quality.
- Material takes off
- Interdisciplinary interaction
- To perform quality checks

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- A minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
