**Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation: Plan monthly social media calendars.
- Create compelling and engaging copies for social media posts and writing captions that align with brand tonality and objectives.
- Monthly Analytics. Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns/content and drive results.
- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication.
- Design Coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and upcoming news for all social media platforms to engage with audiences and increase brand awareness.
- Creating moodboards and assisting the photographer on shoots.
- Optimization, Hygiene checks & daily engagement on social media (Reply to comments, DMs etc).
- Come up with ads plan and the techniques to reach the goal
- Make sure deliverables and deadlines are met (Internal & external)

**What we're looking for**:

- A passion for all things social media and a creative mind bursting with ideas.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Problem-solving skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
