Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Leadership and Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Montessori House and Teacher Training programs.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Montessori educators and staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure the center meets regulatory requirements and adheres to best practices in Montessori education.
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of the Montessori curriculum for children and teacher training programs.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with Montessori principles and meets the needs of the children and trainees.
- **Program Administration**:

- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure the smooth operation of the center.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents, community partners, and educational institutions.
- Handle enrollment processes, including admissions and orientation for new families and trainees.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and teaching methods.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of education and training.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- **Education and Certification**:

- Montessori Certification for Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Advanced degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Montessori education, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, program administration, and staff management.
- **Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Montessori philosophy and practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with families and community stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
