Pallavaram Chennai Tamil Nadu, India Technique Facility Maintenance Services Pvt. Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Do the quality audit checks of the site operations.
- Finding the gaps in service delivery and giving the solutions.
- Support the operations as and when required.
- Make documentation (Checklist, registers and other site related documents).
- Do the transition of the new site as and when required.
- Prepare the monthly MIS reports.
- Responsible to make monthly and weekly calendar schedule.
- Responsible to coordinate with the operations team and site team for audit and support.

**Qualification**:Min 12th/any degree

**Experience**:

- 5 Years as HK Supervisor **OR**:

- 3 years as Facility Management

**Location**:Chennai

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pallavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping management: 5 years (preferred)
- Facilities maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
