**Position**: Personal Assistant to the Vice President
**Location**: Shilaj, Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 4+ Years
**Salary**: Approx. ₹40,000 per month
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the VP’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for university functions.
- Manage administrative tasks, including expense tracking and office supplies procurement.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
