**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Overall Vehicle Management**: Oversee the allocation, maintenance, and scheduling of vehicles for transportation. Ensure optimal utilization of the fleet and timely delivery of goods.
- **Rate Negotiation**: Negotiate transportation rates with carriers and service providers to secure cost-effective deals without compromising on quality and service standards.
- **Coordination with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to understand delivery requirements, prioritize shipments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Route Planning**: Develop and implement efficient routing plans to minimize transportation costs and improve delivery times.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- **Inventory Management**: Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely dispatch of goods.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all logistics-related documentation, including shipping, customs, and regulatory paperwork, is accurately prepared and maintained.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any logístical issues or disruptions, ensuring mínimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the yarn weaving industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle management and logistics operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable rates.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with the sales team and other departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
