**Department : Medical Services**

**Key Responsibility & Accountability**

Responsible for Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.

To Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams

To Provide comfort and care of patients & Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families

To maintain Documents of patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

To Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

Helps in protecting organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.

Responsible for updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attend training classes, social campaigns etc.

Responsible for healthy practices which promote health and prevent disease.

To ensure updating of the Billing Department /IPD Manager for all resources used in Patient care.

Responsible for implementation of quality policies and all work related to quality systems(nab guidelines.

All other duties assigned by Person Incharge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
