Chemist - Sauces and Pickles

**Product Formulation**: Develop and formulate new recipes for sauces, pickles, and related products while ensuring the desired taste, texture, and appearance.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and ensure that the products meet quality standards and consistency across production batches.
- **Research and Development**: Conduct research to identify new ingredients, flavors, and processes to improve existing products or create new ones.
- **Testing and Analysis**: Perform chemical and sensory testing of sauces and pickles to ensure they are safe for consumption, stable, and meet regulatory requirements.
- **Process Optimization**: Work with the production team to streamline and optimize production processes, including cooking times, temperature, and ingredient blending, to improve product quality and reduce waste.
- **Food Safety Compliance**: Ensure all products comply with food safety and regulatory standards, including HACCP, GMP, and any local or international regulations.
- **Shelf-life Testing**: Conduct stability and shelf-life testing to ensure the products retain their flavor, appearance, and safety over time.
- **Ingredient Sourcing**: Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients that meet the required standards for taste, quality, and safety.
- **Troubleshooting**: Investigate and resolve any product quality issues or inconsistencies that arise during production.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing results, and production processes. Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, marketing, and quality assurance teams to ensure the development of market-ready products.
