We are Data Obsessed and Strategically Engineered thinkers who use communication and technology to drive both Brand and Business Growth. We are 8 years old and 250 people strong across 5 offices Delhi, London, UAE, Mumbai and Bengaluru.

We have worked for more than 100+ brands in the last 8 years and a few names who we are working with currently include Panasonic, CP Plus, Volvo Eicher, W For Women, Manforce, Zee News, Dabur, DS Group, Mamy Poko Pants, Hindware, Siyarams, Air India among others.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to inform brand positioning and strategy. This includes using AI tools and analyzing data from various sources.
- ** Brand Strategy Development**:

- Help develop and implement brand strategies, including brand messaging, visual identity, and content strategies.
- ** Content Creation**:

- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials like social media posts, website content, and presentations.
- ** Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- ** Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- ** Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work with various teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand strategies.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship experience in strategy, research or brand solutions.
