**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews).
- Post job openings on various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Support onboarding formalities for new joiners.
- Maintain HR recruitment records and reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: Graduate (Any stream).
- Excellent **English & Hindi communication skills** (both verbal & written).
- Pleasant personality and **presentable** in professional settings.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment / HR (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
