Handling contributors (Photographers) on website & sourcing royalty free images & Videos.
- Responsible for managing the contracts of all photographers and coordinate with law partners to make changes in contracts as per the contributors and his/her content.
- Responsible for executing the plan of sourcing.
- Execution & Supervision of the operations work of making content live on the websites.
- Responsible for coordination with product and tech team to resolve the issues and for a smooth functional planning of sourcing & distribution of content.
- Responsible for making strong relationship with Photographers, Artists & organized content contributors to source their content and make it available on the websites.
- Should also work in coordination with the Sales team to gather their inputs/requirements to make an effective sourcing plan.
- Do quality analysis of the sourced content.
- Good communicating & analytical skills.
- Check the performance of content analytically and give suggestions for improvement.
- Negotiating finance such as budgeting, pricing and fee agreements with the sellers/contributors.
- Maintain monthly MIS of sourced & sold media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
