**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Handling of change control and deviations.

2. Preparation of process validation protocol and reports.

3. Preparation of Quality Management System software qualification protocol and report.

4. Preparation review and issuance control of SOP's

5. Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review and Continuous Process Verification.

6. Review of qualification documents like equipment, facility and computer base software.

7. Review of all documentations for preparation of batch manufacturing records.

8. Verification of the equipment cleaning record, Batch Manufacturing Record and the related SOPs prepared by the production department for its adequacy as and when required.

9. Handling of Out Of Specification, Corrective Action and Preventive Action and market complaint as and when required.

10. Routine Quality Assurance activities and documentation front as will be given from time to time.

11. Any other jobs as may be assigned to you from time to time.

12. Comply with Safety Health Environment Guidelines, Safety Health Environment Rules and Regulations Comply with usage of Personnel Protective Equipment wherever applicable.

13. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.

14. Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors.

15. Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors

16. Act as Safety Health Environment core Team member.

17. Also responsible for the work of his senior in the absence of senior.
