**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. Monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Assist in optimizing website content for better search engine rankings. Research relevant keywords, perform on-page SEO, and support link-building strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and edit engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and more. Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and message.
- **Paid Advertising**: Support the execution of online ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), including ad creation, targeting, and budget management.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and engagement metrics. Use data insights to refine strategies and report findings to management.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activity. Conduct research to identify opportunities for growth and new marketing channels.
- **Customer Engagement**: Help manage customer feedback, reviews, and user-generated content across digital platforms to build trust and brand loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
