We have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team and take our online presence to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Should be expert in social media Campaigns(Facebook and Instagram)**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Web Analytics skills, including experience with Google Analytics
- Coordinate with other team members for an effective and on time execution of social media campaigns
- Should be well versed with the latest trends on social media and should be able to implement campaigns throughout the social pages like FB, Insta, Tiktok, Snap etc
- Should be creative enough and be up with the trend to ideate good content that engages community.
- Excellent English content writing skill is a must
- Should be highly responsive to community engagement
- Analyses social media campaigns and determine success rate and overall efficiency. Should do a regular competitive analysis to do a realty check and engagement rate,
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
- Identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in digital marketing with 2+ years of hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
