Responsibilities
- Understand the OurDve aesthetic and translate it into appropriate product
- Assist in entire product design process including market research, mood board creation, designing, sketching, technical specs to factories.
- Focus on Creating Line art from hand sketches, materialize and concepts for design presentations
- Actively participates in the conceptual development of innovative and directional product lines
- Provide recommendations regarding seasonal themes, edits to line, new concepts, etc.
- Provide insight regarding style of product during presentation
- Ensures that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy; interprets international/domestic concepts and fashion trends as it relates to market demands, company image and business strategy
- Create Technical Packages for factories and Development Teams for initial lead constructions, 1st prototypes and 2nd prototypes.
- Conduct spec review sessions in collaboration with Technical Director and recommend revisions
- Research materials.
- Meet independently with vendors

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of design experience within accessories, specifically women apparels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop to create cads
- Design and conceptual skills
- Skills to multitask and manage competing calendar deadlines
- Ability to set a creative tone and to inspire ideas/new concepts; ability to conceptually visualize and build a line

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
