**Telesales Executive - Chirag Apparels, Nagpur**

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Teka Naka, Nagpur
**Shift**: Day shift (6 working days/week) (9am-6pm)
**Salary**: ₹6,000 - ₹8,000/month
**Education**: Minimum Diploma
**Experience Required**: 6 months - 1 year in telesales or telemarketing

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to promote products or services
- Answer queries about products and the company
- Understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct qualified leads to the field sales team
- Enter and update customer data in the system
- Take and process orders accurately
- Handle customer grievances professionally
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and useful insights
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist other departments
- Generate reports and summaries for internal decision-making

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & Marathi preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
