**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Outreach**: Engage with teachers, distributors, students, and parents to promote our range of educational books and resources.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including schools, tuition centers, and distributors.
- **Performance Tracking**: Prepare daily reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed performance targets, with opportunities for incentives based on results.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education or publishing industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:
Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Interview Process**:

- **Phone Screening**: A brief discussion to understand your experience and suitability for the role.
- **In-Person Interview**: A face-to-face interview at our office, including a practical assessment of your sales and marketing skills.
