**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assistance in managing direct tax client engagements
- Involving in advisory assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions
- Assistance in undertaking compliances like
- filing corporate tax returns, TDS returns etc.
- Participating in engagements involving cross border taxation and structuring
- Handling clients with varied industry profiles and complexities
- Preparation of tax alerts/ summary on recent direct tax judgments
- Research and assistance in writing technical articles for print and online media
- Research and drafting direct tax thought leadership publications

**Desired Profile**:

- Educational Qualification
- pursuing CA
- Willingness to travel

**Skill Set**:

- Understanding of Income tax, Company Law and Regulatory compliances.
- Good communication skills
- Deadline-Oriented, analytical. Possess sound business knowledge
