- Responsible for generating sales through customers Meeting and developing opportunities for the sales team through given sales leads.
- Generate the leads and expanding the customer base through referral generations.
- Prospecting clients through mediums such as Internet, Personal contacts, company Database.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.Briefing the customers on project USPs thoroughly.
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers
- Understanding the need of customers and offering solutions accordingly.
- Convincing the customers to buy the product /flats.Assisting client for the Site visits and helping to choose property.
- Ready to work on given Target.
- Coordinate with pre-sales team, effectively convert leads to business.
- Transaction management and deal closure..

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
