Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Alliance Manager – B2C
to develop, manage, and grow consumer-focused partnerships. The role involves building strategic alliances, driving customer acquisition through collaborations, and enhancing Valion's reach in the retail real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development:
    Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic B2C partners to expand client acquisition channels (e.g., lifestyle brands, financial institutions, community networks).
  • Consumer Engagement:
    Create and execute joint campaigns, events, and promotional activities to reach potential property investors and buyers.
  • Relationship Management:
    Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual value creation.
  • Sales Enablement:
    Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads from alliance-driven activities and convert them into closures.
  • Market Research:
    Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new alliance opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting:
    Monitor and report the performance of alliances, ROI on campaigns, and overall impact on B2C sales growth.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
    3–7 years in Alliance/Partnership Management, Business Development, or Strategic Marketing (Real Estate/Financial Services preferred).
  • Proven ability to create successful B2C alliances or consumer-focused partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong business acumen and target-driven mindset.
