3. **Off-Page SEO Strategies**:

- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to build high-quality backlinks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes.

4. **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Manage and optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the social media team to align SEO and SMO strategies.

5. **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze website performance.
- Prepare regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

6. **Technical SEO**:

- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues to improve site crawlability and indexing.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Organic SEO and Social Media Optimization.

3. **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

4. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. **Adaptability**:

- Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and search engine algorithms.
