Key Responsibilities
- **Export Documentation**:
- Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation such as Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other related documents.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements for air shipments.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping with freight forwarders, airlines, customs brokers, and CHAs.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and post-export documentation for audits and compliance.
- **Administration**:
- Manage and update employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
- Address queries related to statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
- Maintain general office administration including handling correspondence, filing, and support to accounts/admin team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate (Commerce/Business/Logistics preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment export documentation and administration, preferably in Mumbai.
- In-depth knowledge of air shipment procedures, export documentation, and post-export government schemes (Duty Drawback, RoSCTL, RoDTEP).
- Working knowledge of customs regulations and e-filing on ICEGATE, DGFT.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), documentation software, and internet research.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience managing attendance, leave, EPF, ESIC, and PT records a must.
