**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and specifications
- Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and software enhancements
- Document and report defects, and track their resolution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
- Mentor and train junior testers on testing best practices and techniques
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on testing strategies and timelines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality testing, preferably in a software development or IT consulting environment
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
