Qc Tester

**Job Summary**:
The QC Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through manual and automated testing. This role involves identifying bugs, verifying fixes, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to the project team.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Familiarity with automation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2 years of experience as a QA/QC Tester.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
