Profile - Quantity Surveyor

Qualification - BE / B.TECH - CIVIL

Salary - Upto 3.6 lac

Experience - Min. 3+ yrs. in Road & Bridges Project

Location - Ranchi

Expected Joining : 15 days

A Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in road and bridge projects plays a vital role in managing all aspects of the financial and contractual side of construction projects. Their expertise ensures that projects are completed within the agreed budget while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for road and bridge projects during the planning phase.

Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, labor, and other costs.

Update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle as required.

Develop, monitor, and manage the project budget to ensure costs are controlled.

Identify and report any variances between actual costs and budgeted costs.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for tendering purposes.

Evaluate and analyze tenders from contractors and subcontractors, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.

Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
