- Design end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Understand customers vision and business problems and translate them into innovative technology solutions & cloud digital transformation journeys.
- Lead architectural strategy, define requirements, and develop long-term solution roadmap, Develop, and conduct customer workshops and POC.
- Assess, plan and design cloud readiness, operational readiness, governance frameworks and compliances.
- Articulate dependencies and risk management with the cloud transformation.
- Manage large scale and technically complex projects, migration, upgrades & transformation.
- Lead the implementation of M365 solutions, including configuration, customization, integration, and migration tasks.
- Deliver reference architectures, prepare HLD/LLD, solution proposals, presentations, timelines.
- Leads discussions and answers complex questions regarding cross-functional IT policies and standards.
- Develop and enforce governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Provide technical expertise and support for Microsoft 365 services, resolving issues, investigating root causes, and implementing preventive measures.
- Support sales proposals, go to market, estimation and delivery of solutions, project timelines and costs.
- Portfolio Development (additional) - work closely with solution portfolio managers to continue derive industry leading solutions.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Extensive knowledge on Exchange server On-Prem 2010/2013/2016/2019 along with Hybrid Configuration in O365.
- Hands-on experience of Mailbox migration (from planning to implementation) from On-Prem to O365, G-Suite to O365 migration.
- Familiar with Microsoft Purview, Defender for office365, eDiscovery, Backup & Restore, Server Recovery and Disaster Recovery.
- Experience on implementing Anti-spam, Anti-Malware and Anti-phishing policies, Safe links, and safe attachments policies.
- Experience with implementing DKIM, SPF and DMARC, ARC services.
- Familiar with Journaling & Archiving Solutions & Migration.
- Good understanding of migrating Office 365 services using native tools and third-party tools like Quest, Bit Titan, Sharegate etc.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, AAD connect, MS Intune, Exchange Online Protection, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Conditional Access Policy, Group policies.
- Experience of planning, designing, implementing Microsoft Teams telephony and Direct routing setup.
- Develop automation using scripts to support the migration program.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Certification: Preferable**
- MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
- MD-102: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate
- MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate
- AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate
- SC-400: Information Protection & Compliance Administrator Associate
