**Role Description & Responsibilities**This is a full-time on-site role for a **Graphic & Book Designer**, suited for someone passionate about visual storytelling and book publishing. Responsibilities include:

- Designing layouts, covers, and illustrations for books across genres, especially children’s titles
- Creating marketing collaterals, posters, banners, and digital creatives for campaigns and events
- Developing engaging, child-friendly designs for **Woodpecker Books** (activity books, storybooks, puzzles)
- Collaborating with editors, writers, and the content team to ensure designs align with brand vision
- Preparing print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in formatting, colours, and specifications
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Staying updated with design trends in publishing and retail

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)** and **CorelDRAW, Premier Pro**:

- Prior experience in book design or publishing is preferred
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and colour
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
