**Position: Robotics and Coding Trainer-**

**Role Summary**:

- The profile demands the passion towards teaching and ability to create a learning environment that fosters a love of learning coding and robotics, encouraging each child to engage in the learning process

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and imparting high-quality robotics training to students.
- Coordination with training partners for assessment planning and execution
- Understand the robotics curriculum and methodologies from the training partners and create a unique pedagogy for future training
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training
- Conduct the sessions at client schools based on the schedule.
- Keep up to date with our latest course offerings.
- Must immediately raise a query in case of doubts / problems while teaching the student.
- Demonstrate the ability to work within and contribute to a team, particularly in the context of planning units of work and related assessments
- Ensure personal and professional development is ongoing and keep abreast of curriculum initiatives in teaching Coding languages like Scratch, Python, C++, & JAVA to Students.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Should Have knowledge about robotics & Coding
- Educational background - B.Sc/B. Tech - Freshers
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills & Team Player
- Accustomed to class Management and Student behavioral techniques.
- Must be willing to learn

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mahape, Navi Mumbai - 400710, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
