**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship**
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide operational support.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for clients and handle inquiries or escalations in a professional manner.

**Team Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and performance improvement.
- Update the Master Sheet

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for business setup operations.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in service delivery and operational processes.
- Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
