**About You**:
Fello is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solution Principal to lead the charge on our cutting-edge seller lead generation platform As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with sales, support, customers, development, and product teams to create business solutions that help our clients be more productive and generate more leads.
Reporting to our Director of Product, you'll be the go-to person for understanding client requirements and ensuring seamless implementation and post-implementation stages. You'll bring your exceptional solution skills, a proven track record of exceeding client goals, and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

**You Will**:
**Collaborate with our team for assigned client accounts.** You will build trust and rapport with the client team and identify areas of opportunity and highlight the best practices with the client. You’ll educate real estate team leaders, operations directors, and marketing managers on the use cases to capture more seller leads through their marketing efforts with Fello.
**Implement playbooks that increase the revenue from the account and reduce churn. **You’ll leverage customer insights, success stories, and ROI modeling to build a story that connects with a wide range of real estate professionals. To do so, you’ll partner with the executive leadership team to experiment, design, and execute sales plays. Success here looks like increased conversion month over month.
**Facilitate feedback loops across all departments in the organization.** Identifying learnings from your client calls and then passing them along to our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams is critical in this role. Real-time cross departmental feedback is crucial to the direction of our company and success of our clients. To do so, you’ll need to be excellent at written communication.
**You Have**:
- 3+ years of remote, high volume, SaaS solutioning experience
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
- High level understanding of integrations - using API or tools like Zapier
- Client service orientation - fast follow-ups, general sense of urgency
- Openness and willingness to be coached and mentored
- The ability to experiment and test our ideas rapidly
- High attention to detail with strong technical execution skills
- Familiarity with the tools of the trade, preferably Google Suite and Hubspot
