Strong experience as a Database Administrator / DBA including performance tuning and optimisation
- Experience of building and deploying MS SQL clusters into production
- Experience of working with high availability, scalable environments
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative with strong communications skills, comfortable liaising with the business to understand user needs Strong proficiency with SQL and its popular database MS SQL
- Experience with some of the modern relational databases
- Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
- Capable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary
- Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications
- Capable of troubleshooting common database issues and debugging issues
- Familiar with tools that can aid with profiling server resource usage and optimizing it
- Provide timely scheduled management reporting
- Hands-on experience on ETL
- Desirable experience with any cloud platform like Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google with RDS like PostgreSQL
- Experience designing systems that deal with large data sets and a huge volume of transactions
- Good knowledge and experience in Scaling, Capacity Planning and Performance tuning

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Gandhinagar, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
