**Position: Receptionist**

As a receptionist at Family Dental Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who visits or contacts our clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting patients with a warm and professional demeanor.

2. Managing phone calls and addressing patient inquiries.

3. Scheduling appointments and maintaining the clinic's appointment calendar.

4. Assisting patients with paperwork and registration forms.

5. Verifying insurance information and processing patient billing.

6. Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.

7. Coordinating with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

8. Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.

9. Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy clinic situations calmly.
- Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus, but not required.

**Salary**: ₹9,231.24 - ₹12,000.00 per month
