Chat Associate

**Job Title: Chat Associate**

**Shift Timing**: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Qualifications**:

- HSC and Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in chat process only.
- Strong communication skills (No concession will be made on communication).
- Proficient in document management; must possess all documents from previous employment.
- Proven track record in providing customer support via chat in an international BPO setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient and timely support to customers via chat for international operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written communications with customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive customer information.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide relevant assistance to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chat process within an international BPO environment.
- Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask and maintain high accuracy.
- Familiarity with chat support tools and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have all documents from previous companies for background verification (BVG).
