**What you will learn and contribute to**

Pega System Architect joining the Global Functional Services Team, key contributor at different phases including discovery and challenge of complex Business requirements, design/dependency analysis, develop, test, deploy and support delivery of complex/high quality Pega Applications.

As part of our team, you will:

- Be a Pega System Architect, responsible for technical design, build, test, deploy and maintain solutions supporting business functionality within Digital Office Enterprise Applications
- Manage the effort to support, resolve and document issues that arise. This may include root cause analysis, dependency analysis
- Prepare technical specification documentation and support documents
- Responsible for being aware of Digital Office industry trends, enterprise standards, methodology
- Define, implement and maintain technology security infrastructure, policies, processes and procedures to proactively protect, monitor, investigate and resolve threats to a secure user environment and company assets

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of Pega PRPC hands-on experience, preferably cloud version
- Pega System Architect Certification (CSA)
- Understands and implement PEGA best practices, out of the box functionalities and guardrail compliance
- Good object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
- Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc.
- Experience in creating Report Definition, List View and Summary View reports in Pega
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

It would be nice if you also had:

- Agile and Continuous Delivery Agile methodologies
- Experience in Pega Decision Strategy Manager framework
- Strong JAVA code experience
