What you will learn and contribute to

Pega Senior System Architect joining the Center of Excellence Team, key contributor at different phases including discovery and challenge of complex Business requirements, design/dependency analysis, develop, test, deploy and support delivery of complex/high quality Pega Applications.

As part of our team, you will:

- Be a Pega Senior System Architect, responsible for technical design, build, test, deploy and maintain solutions supporting business functionality within Digital Office Enterprise Applications
- Provide direction to stakeholders and leadership regarding architecture, design and delivery of Digital Office solutions that are appropriate for the Business and Digital Office strategies in one or more domains
- Manage the effort to support, resolve and document issues that arise. This may include root cause analysis, dependency analysis, reviewing designs and fixes
- Prepare technical specification documentation and support documents
- Responsible for being aware of Digital Office industry trends, enterprise standards, methodology
- Define, implement and maintain technology security infrastructure, policies, processes and procedures to proactively protect, monitor, investigate and resolve threats to a secure user environment and company assets

Your skills and experience

You have:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Pega PRPC hands-on experience, preferably cloud version
- Pega Senior System Architect Certification (CSSA)
- Extensive BPM knowledge and experience on mapping business outcomes & processes into an effective solution through Pega Platform
- Understands and implement PEGA best practices, out of the box functionalities and guardrail compliance
- Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills
- Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors etc.
- Experience in creating Report Definition, List View and Summary View reports in Pega
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Experience with Cosmos React and Constellation

It would be nice if you also had:

- Agile and Continuous Delivery Agile methodologies
- Experience in Pega Decision Strategy Manager framework
- Strong JAVA code experience
