**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **HR Recruiter** to manage the **end-to-end recruitment process across India**, with a strong focus on **PAN India sales hiring**. The role requires sourcing top sales talent, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and working closely with department heads to meet business hiring goals. The recruiter should also be open to **travelling outside the city for client meetings and recruitment coordination**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the **complete recruitment life cycle** with a focus on **PAN India sales hiring**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Travel outside the city for **client meetings and recruitment coordination** as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of recruitment experience** (sales hiring preferred).
- Proven ability to **hire for PAN India sales profiles**.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in **FMCG or Organic/Natural products industry** is an advantage.
- Willingness to **travel for client interactions**.
