**Position Overview**:
**Job Title: SAP Authorization Expert**

**Location**: SSC India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Authorization Concept Development**: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive authorization concepts across SAP ERP 6.0 and S/4 HANA systems.
- **PFCG Role Customization**: Customize and maintain PFCG roles to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- **System Integration**: Ensure seamless integration of authorization concepts with other SAP modules and systems.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, policies, and standards. Maintain high standards of data security and integrity within the SAP environment.
- **User Support**: Provide operational support for authorization-related topics to ensure business continuity. Address and resolve authorization-related issues based on root cause analysis.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Stay current with SAP trends, new features, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable education.
- **Experience**: 5-7 years of professional experience in SAP authorization and access management, preferably in Business Process Management, Information Management / IT, Finance/Procurement, Risk/Internal Control Management, Accounting, or Audit.
- **Skills**: Strong knowledge in the area of authorization and access management and GRC tools. Proficiency in customizing PFCG roles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their security requirements and provide suitable solutions.
