- **_Conduct investigations to identify and mitigate online ecommerce risk._**

- **_Utilize excellent judgment to make independent decisions regarding complex transactions and customer authentication._**

- **_Engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, company associates, and third parties._**

- **_Ensure productivity and maintain highest quality assurance standards._**

- **_Ability to successfully navigate websites._**

- **_Understands and adheres to workflow directions, SOPs._**

**_Minimum Qualifications: _**:
