MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily Operation of BMU.
- Coordination & Communication with Client & other Sub Contractors at site Declaration preparation.
- Continuous reporting to the Client for BMU operation
- Fill Daily log book as per company format.
- Daily Inspection of rooftop & BMU and reporting to the Client if anything unusual found.
- Continuous Wind Speed monitoring.
- Informing the Client if any Emergency raised.
- Guiding & Training the Team Members.
- To Provide A Safe Means Of Using The Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) To Access The Facades Of All Sites.
- To Ensure That Only Authorized And Properly Trained Persons Are Able To Use This Machine In Any Way.
- To Ensure The Safety And Convenience Of The Public And Of Building Occupants.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,235.27 per month
