Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: Operate flow wrap machines to package products according to company specifications and production schedules.
- Setup and Calibration: Set up machines for different product runs, adjusting settings as needed for different sizes, shapes, and materials.
- Quality Control: Monitor the packaging process to ensure products are wrapped correctly, checking for any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the flow wrap machine to prevent downtime. Report any major mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
- Efficiency Monitoring: Track machine performance, including speed, output, and downtime, and make adjustments to optimize production.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other machine operators, line workers, and supervisors to ensure seamless production and efficient workflow.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
