**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer prescribed medications on time and monitor health conditions.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals as per dietary requirements.
- Assist with mobility, exercise, and physical therapy as needed.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and tidying up living spaces.
- Accompany the elderly person to medical appointments and assist with errands.
- Monitor vital signs and report any health concerns to family members or healthcare providers.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an elderly caretaker, nurse, or caregiver.
- Certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to assist with mobility.
- Ability to follow care plans and medical instructions accurately.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings or weekends, if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with individuals with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or mobility challenges.
- Familiarity with medical equipment and assistive devices.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹9,499.02 - ₹41,662.20 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
